Everyone's posting their Cube cruising playlists and being that music is pretty much my life I couldn't turn down the opportunity to share some of my favs with you. Hope you dig!

1. "Happy Up Here" (Royksopp)

Cause it’s happy and groovy. A perfect pop song with dance sensibilities.

2. "Lights & Music" (Cut Copy)

Cue 20 shades of mood lighting.

3. "Raindrops" (Basement Jaxx)

Fun. Especially on a sunny day, paired with a long stretch of highway.

4. "Girlfriend" (Phoenix)

The band of 2009, in my opinion. This song doesn’t get as much attention as it should. Perfect when driving over 100 km.

5. “Empire State of Mind” (Jay-Z feat. Alicia Keys)

A modern day classic with an undeniable beat. I would imagine most cube owners in NYC crank this one…okay probably not.

6. "Spotlight" (Mutemath)

If you haven't seen this band live yet, you need to. Seriously. It's like a mini cirque du soleil show with killer live music minus the spandex.

7. “Blow Away” (A Fine Frenzy)

Love this tune. I heard it in a restaurant and swiftly picked up my iPhone to “shazam” it. Is shazam a verb? It is now.

8. "Beaut" (Brooke Waggoner)

Brooke is one of those “best-kept secrets”. She’s an incredible composer and has this old quality to her music, while still managing to keep it hip. Perfect for driving as the sun sets.

9."Misread" (Kings of Convenience)

This song will always be a favourite. It’s so chill and calming after a good long day.

10. "Suite for solo cello no.1 in G Major" (Yo Yo Ma)

Probably one of my favourite night driving tunes right now and I’m totally not a classical buff. But with a name as gangster as Yo Yo Ma, how can you say no?
