Seat adjustment

Tried to loosen the seat rails on the passenger side using a torx bit. The nut seems inaccesible(a panel under the car)
How do I get to it.
I want to put a longer bolt and raise the seat about one and a half inch.
Any help available. Thank you.

I have no answer, but would also like to do the same thing. I will post back when I get a solution.
