What is a Cube (personal car or van/truck?)

in

I wanted a Cube once I saw it advertised.
I test drove a cube, read a partially negative article in the Toronto Star about the Cube, but still wanted it. Came into some funds. Went and ordered/received the Cube.
I still have not put the vehicle through all its paces, but so far it works well. It is the insurance classification that I am concerned with. Intac Insurance has classified it as Van/Truck. I thought it more as personal vehicle (Sedan). I have requested my dealer to contact Nissan HQ and ask their opinion, so far no answer.
I saw this vehicle as part of a new program on Showcase "Cra$h and Burn" as part of the fleet of vehicles for the insurance investigators. (The show is partly sponsored by Nissan).
So what is this vehicle, a personal car or a van/truck.?

I'm not sure. I can't recall what my insurance called it. But, in Ontario the body type is listed as 'TY' on the ownership papers, (though I have no idea what that stands for). Anyone know?

Not sure what TY is.

Transport Canada says station wagon.

Nissan says car.

Yes, it is a station wagon. However, my insurance company label it as a truck =_=

I am also with Intact and they called it a Van/Truck. That gave me a bit of a laugh. :-)
